Service Description

During a follow-up appointment you will have a conversation about your experiences, challenges, and progress since the last session to determine the best course of action moving forward. These sessions can be seen as "tune-ups". Our energy body, much like our physical body, needs consistent maintenance and care. The frequency of these visits will vary client to client. Maddi may assign homework or suggest self-care practices to continue the healing process outside of sessions. The more sessions you have completed, the more tools you'll have acquired to do some of the maintenance yourself.
