Full Moon Ceremony

The Full Moon is the phase of completion and embodiment. It is the time of action and expanding your container. During the Full Moon you may experience feelings of restlessness and creativity, of heightened emotion and chaos. This is because the Full Moon is asking us to sit and funnel our energies into expansion and actualization of the intentions set at the New Moon. In this space we create the container that will hold our manifestations.

What to expect:

The ceremony will begin with breathwork and a guided meditation led by Maddi to prepare your energy bodies and minds for the work about to take place.
