New Moon Ceremony

The New Moon asks us to dive into the darkness of the womb, the birthplace of ideas, thoughts and feelings. It is the energy of creation, of planting seeds. The purpose of this ceremony is to clear the pathway so that our creator energy can surface. Once surfaced, it will have a message for us, an intention, something to focus upon and give life to. This intention is the seed we will plant during our New Moon ceremony.

What to expect:

Once everyone has arrived and has a cup of tea in hand and journals ready (which we provide), we will sit in our healing circle as Maddi energetically prepares the space and each of you for the process. We will begin with short introductions and move onto a guided meditation, ultimately prepping our systems for the energy work to incur. This is a two part process; the first part is clearing space in your energy body - picking thoughts, feelings, patterns etc that you wish to release from your system. The second part is going within, listening for the intention and planting that seed, calling into existence that which is asking for new life. Maddi will lead this healing using a series of modalities including sound healing. We will close the circle with a grounding meditation, allowing the healing to settle before we step out into the world again.

Post Ceremony:

These ceremonies have proven to be very powerful, leaving attendees with new perspectives, heightened physical sensations and improved thought patterns. Immediately after the gathering you may feel a bit loopy as a result of the energy that was moved, you'll most likely feel very relaxed and calm as well. In the days that follow the ceremony you can expect a few things – The day after you may notice some intense exhaustion, which is your energy body integrating and acclimating to the higher frequencies Maddi called into your field. Make sure to rest and drink lots of water during this time. Once integrated you will notice feelings of ease, levity, and clarity- they could be subtle or very noticeable changes. Around this same time you’ll experience a surge in your energy levels and an overall sense of well-being, which you can attribute to the higher frequency you now hold.
